Alexis Iparraguirre (Lima, 1974) studied Linguistics and Literature and followed the Master of American Literature at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP). He won the Floral Games of the Student Federation of this institution in 1999. He teaches the course of Argumentation and leading a storytelling workshop at PUCP. PUCP won the National Award 2004 in the category narrative, with storybook The inventory of ships . His stories have appeared in Peruvian Selection (1990-2005) , Dissenters. Sample of new Peruvian narrative , New sets, other voices and Peruvian Selection (1990-2007) . For the second edition of The inventory of ships preparing a glossary edition not for sale.
