OBJECTIVES:

The objective of the workshop is to learn more about our energy centers (chakras female) and the influence of oriental dance on each of them. The workshop will work oriental dance technique ( Arab, Egyptian and Hindu ) to learn to use the movements therapy energy healing and activation , plus we will connect with the magical power of dance, with music and our inner dancer.

WORKSHOP CONTENT

- Presentation and introduction

- Massage and purpose

- Visualization and greet the elements

- Flower Essences

- study of seven energy centers (Chakras), characteristics and therapy for each

- stretching with yoga asanas

- Technical basic steps of dance and its therapeutic application

- Group exercises

- Connecting to the inner dancer

- Choreography

- Meditation and close

Some clarifications and requirements:

- The workshop has a duration of 5 hours including a break of 15 minutes.

- Each participant must carry a towel, paper and pencil to take notes.
